Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our landscaping and property maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining residential and commercial properties, completing seasonal landscaping tasks, and ensuring properties are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained. This position requires someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn care
- Spring and fall property cleanups
- Weeding, planting, pruning, and maintaining gardens and flower beds
- Hedge and shrub trimming
- General landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Yard waste and debris removal
- General property maintenance and outdoor upkeep
- Operating lawn care and landscaping equipment
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Maintaining and cleaning tools and equipment
- Seasonal snow removal and winter property maintenance, as required
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work site




- Following company safety procedures and completing work efficiently and professionally
- Providing courteous and professional service to customers

Experience & Qualifications
- Previous landscaping, property maintenance, groundskeeping, or general labour experience is an asset
- Experience operating lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other landscaping equipment
- Valid driver’s licence is preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and performing manual labour
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Must be willing to learn and take direction
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends when required

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
