We are seeking a motivated and dependable Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will support various construction projects by performing physical tasks that ensure smooth operations and timely project completion. Your energy and attention to detail will help bring construction visions to life, contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality work environments.

This position offers an exciting prospect to develop your skills across multiple facets of construction while working alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and all things carpentry.
- Support concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to ensure structural integrity
- Help with drywall installation, caulking, flooring, tile laying, and painting to meet project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members on carpentry tasks including cabinet installation and framing
- Support plumbing, electrical, and restoration activities as needed to ensure comprehensive project delivery

Qualifications





- Prior experience in construction or related trades is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols and proper equipment operation
- Basic understanding of finishing, masonry, carpentry, drywall installation, and flooring techniques
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
- Own vehicle is required and/or ability to get to and from office in Cambridge.
- Salary range is based on experience and owning of your own tools
