Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of landscape construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise will drive project success, foster client satisfaction, and uphold safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of landscape construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution
- Develop accurate construction estimates using construction estimating software and manage project budgets effectively
- Utilize construction management software
- Schedule and supervise subcontractors and field crews to meet project timelines while maintaining safety protocols
- Monitor project progress through regular site inspections, quality control checks,



and adherence to schematics and design plans
- Communicate proactively with clients, vendors, suppliers, and team members to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track

Requirements

- Proven experience in landscape or civil construction management with a strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and software tools
- Experience using project management platforms
- Knowledge of project scheduling and civil design coordination is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders
