Landscape Maintenance Lead Hand

This is a full-time, permanent position, with opportunities for winter employment.

The Role

As a Landscape Maintenance Lead Hand, you’ll be the right hand to the Crew Supervisor — helping lead the team, maintain quality standards, and ensure every property looks its best.

You’ll work alongside the crew, set the pace, and help keep everyone motivated and on track.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting and motivating crew members to hit daily goals
- Grass cutting, trimming, weeding, pruning & property upkeep
- Ensuring quality standards are met on every site
- Helping train new team members on equipment and safety
- Coordinating tasks to keep jobs efficient and organized
- Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment
- Enforcing safety standards and leading by example
- Assisting with site clean-up and maintaining professional presentation





This is a hands-on leadership role — you lead from the front.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in landscape maintenance (leadership experience is a solid asset)
- Strong knowledge of landscaping tools and techniques
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labour
- Valid driver’s license (required)
