Summary

We are seeking a Landscape Technician to join our team at the Panorama Hills Residents Association. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the landscape features of our community, ensuring they are beautiful and functional for all residents. Your contributions will directly impact the enjoyment and satisfaction of our community members.

Responsibilities

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Prepare and maintain flower/tree/shrub beds
- Irrigate landscapes to ensure healthy plant growth.
- Build landscape features such as pathways, garden beds, or decorative elements as needed.




- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects.

Requirements

- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or gardening preferred.
- Robust knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in landscaping.
- Ability to dig, plant, maintain, and irrigate various types of plants effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge is an asset for equipment maintenance.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
