Green Distinction is a small professional landscape maintenance company that loves what we do and shows it by delivering high quality services to our clients. We accomplish this in a variety of ways from operating primarily with top of the line battery operated equipment, using organic principles and horticultural/turf science, combining decades of experience, and continually learning and experimenting.

Our aim for each employee is to expand your abilities to be able to perform professional services to our clients as well as to continue your learning and skill development. This approach deepens job satisfaction regardless of where your horticultural development is at, while building and refining your professional skill set. In order to achieve this your training will include identifying all of the common plants, using the equipment in basic and advanced ways, jobsite safety and first aid, and characteristics of what makes a beautiful landscape, furthermore you will have opportunities to attend lectures, workshops & events, share resources, and expand your professional repertoire.

We are currently exploring ways for staff to have paid attendance in the Red Seal Horticultural Technician program.

We are looking for someone who shares this passion, wants to learn and grow, loves working outside, and is physically capable. You will be doing everything from lawn maintenance, hedge trimming,



weeding and “clean-ups”, pruning and planting, to mulch, soil amendments and more.

The ideal new team member will have:

Willing to train the right person. Pay is based on work ethic and experience (skill & knowledge) and will be determined by an initial assessment in the field starting at minimum $20/hr up to $28. We do offer year-end bonuses, return-to-work bonuses, and some job specific bonuses. Our aim is to maximize your capacity quickly and this growth will be reflected in wage increases.
