Fox Traffic is seeking experienced Lane Closure Technicians with the desire to grow with us long-term.

Wages starting at 25.00 and upwards. Depending on experience.

Qualifications required for position;

- Must be willing to do out of town jobs.
- Have a valid WBC approved TCP ticket, and a valid driver license.
- Have a minimum of 2 year experience.
- Must be reliable, punctual and able to get along with others.

We offer competitive wages and offer benefits after 3 months of employment. We have newer GMC fleet trucks, and fuel card for company vehicles.

Duties

- Direct traffic flow at construction sites to ensure safety for both workers and motorists.
- Set up and maintain traffic control devices, including cones, signs, and barriers.
- Monitor traffic patterns and adjust control measures as needed to minimize congestion.
- Communicate effectively with team members and the public regarding traffic conditions and safety protocols.




- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working workplace for yourself and others.

- Strong observational skills to identify potential hazards or issues in traffic flow.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with co-workers, the public, and contractors.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges on-site effectively.
- Commitment to safety practices and procedures in all aspects of work.
