Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Landscaper and Snow Remover, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces and ensuring safety during winter months. This energetic position involves performing landscape maintenance, gardening, and snow removal tasks to keep properties pristine and accessible year-round. Your mechanical knowledge and experience with various tools will help you execute your duties efficiently, contributing to the overall aesthetic and safety of our clients’ properties.

Responsibilities

- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, and garden bed care to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators for landscaping projects and site preparation.
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering and health of plants and lawns.
- Use hand tools and power tools for planting, pruning, installing features, and general upkeep.
- Conduct snow removal using shovels, plows, or snow blowers to ensure safe walkways and driveways during winter storms.
- Assist with construction projects related to landscape installation or renovation, applying your construction experience when needed.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and mechanical repairs to ensure all tools and machinery are in optimal condition.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is highly desirable.




- Mechanical knowledge related to operating and maintaining landscape equipment such as excavators, power tools, and irrigation systems.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery like excavators safely and effectively.
- Experience with snow removal equipment such as plows or snow blowers is a plus.
- Strong work ethic with the physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Construction experience or background is beneficial for assisting with larger projects or site preparations.
