We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Lash Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will specialize in enhancing clients’ natural beauty through expertly applied eyelash extensions. Responsibilities
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to clients’ preferences and offering personalized recommendations
- Manage retail sales of lash care products and accessories to enhance client results and satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and managing check-in/check-out procedures
- Upsell additional services or products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, ensuring repeat visits and positive reviews
Requirements
- Proven experience in eyelash extension application or a strong desire to learn the craft through training programs
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle retail sales confidently while promoting products and services
- Basic understanding of salon safety protocols, sanitation practices, and hygiene standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if needed
- Prior front desk or reception experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
