The role of the Accident Benefits Clerk consists of the following:

- Draft and completion of OCF forms
- Liaising with paralegals
- Understanding of the SABS and LAT proceedings
- Drafting all pleading
- preparing file summaries
- Reviewing and summarizing all medical documentation
- Daily communication with client and third parties

Qualifications/Competencies:

- 1-5 years personal injury law, with accident benefits experience
- Mandatory high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
- Proven organizational skills.




- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior time-management skills, multitasking, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
- Patient, able to work under pressure.
- High level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
