Our Full Service Division is requiring a second Worker Manager Landscape Technician Position!
This position is a worker manager position and must have at least 3 years experience in full lawn maintenance. You will quite often either be solo, or managing one or two people when working on larger jobs that involve repairing damaged lawns.
You will be responsible for correct loadouts of the vehicle/trailer, lawn assessments, quoting, training, high quality work following proven systems, working in a timely fashion, keeping things clean and organized, minor equipment maintenance if there is an issue in the field , etc..

This full time position MUST have a valid Canadian Driver's license in valuable standing.
This position should have a valid pesticide license, but if not we can do that once the initial probation period is over.
The experienced candidate must have previous experience in lawn care. Such as:
- lawn care (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing)
- spreading and leveling soil/mulch
- aerating
- power raking
- seeding, fertilizing etc..
- use of riding mowers
- use of backpack sprayers
- use of equipment such as aerators and dethatch/power rake
- basic equipment maintenance while on the road
- hauling and dumping soil with dump truck
Experience/Assets:
- Must be reliable to work when scheduled
- Must be able to work in rain or shine
- Physically fit to complete all tasks and projects
- Driver’s license in good standing (abstract required)
- Experience Driving Company Vehicle
- Able to work with limited supervision
- Ability to quality check prior to completing a job.

Job Types: Full-time Starting Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour. This will be increased over time of course as skills and reliability are proven.
