Key Responsibilities: • Execute thorough room inspections following move-outs • Address basic maintenance and repair needs • Conduct extensive cleaning tasks including painting • Handle snow removal and manage lawn care • Support the Housing Manager with ongoing improvement projects

Requirements: • At least one year of relevant experience preferred • Must hold a valid Alberta driver’s license • Robust communication skills in English required • Attention to detail and interpersonal abilities necessary • Must work well independently with minimal oversight
