If you’re equally comfortable managing deadlines and crafting polished narratives in both English and French, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.Responsibilities & QualificationsWhat You’ll Do:Lead and support proposal development for RFPs, RFQs, and RFSQs—from kickoff through final submissionCraft compelling content including executive summaries, cover letters, resumes, and project narrativesCollaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive messagingManage timelines and keep pursuits on track, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and qualityEdit and refine documents for clarity, tone, grammar, and brand consistencyDevelop marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, and award submissionsMaintain and enhance marketing materials (project sheets, resumes, boilerplate content) in the company databaseResearch clients and markets to strengthen proposal strategiesFacilitate debriefs to continuously improve win strategies and processesWhat You Bring:3–5 years of experience in proposal development, marketing, or communicationsBackground in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)
