2nd / 3rd Year Carpenter Apprentice Wanted

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Cowichan Valley, BC

Lealand Contracting Ltd. is local, growing construction company based in Chemainus and serving the Cowichan Valley, specializing in new home construction, renovations, additions, and residential carpentry.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable 2nd or 3rd Year Carpentry Apprentice to join our team.

What We're Looking For

- 2nd or 3rd Year Carpentry Apprentice
- Previous residential construction experience
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
- Able to follow direction and work safely on an active job site
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle — vehicle is a must
- Own basic hand tools and proper work boots
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a crew

What You'll Be Doing
- New home construction
- Renovations and additions
- Framing and sheathing
- Interior and exterior carpentry
- Door and window installation
- Finish carpentry




- General residential construction
- Assisting with various stages of projects from start to finish
