Casual Support Staff coverage will be on a need basis

Jobs are posted on either PowerSchool - Work Board or a call from the Admin Assistant

Wetaskiwin Regional Public Schools (WRPS) has openings for our Casual Support Staff Rosters. Situated in the City and County of Wetaskiwin, Wetaskiwin Regional Public Schools has seventeen schools, an Outreach Program and an Early Education program. WRPS serves the educational needs in a combination of rural and urban communities. Successful candidates will be required to work on a call-in basis. The Substitute Support Staff have first consideration for any short term leave of absence positions.





You choose what sites you would prefer to work atand our Substitute Booking system allows you the flexibility to take as many or few jobs as suits your current situation. The jobs are booked via our online booking system and/or by a phone call from the schools/sites. In accordance with Board Policy all applicants are required to provide a current Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Check.

Casual Support Staff: Most of our need for casual coverage is the Educational Assistants. Previous experience and/or education in this field would be an asset, but we will consider all applicants. Individuals must be self-motivated and adaptable.
