If you’re an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist, we’d love to have you join our incredible team!ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome patients and families, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of the clinical team's time.Manage phone calls and emails, answering inquiries and providing excellent customer service.Communicate with referring dental offices to provide streamlined patient care.Provide assistance to families navigating barriers to care with a warm and patient attitude.Process insurance pre-determinations, claims, payments, and billing accurately.Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.Assist families in understanding treatment plans, payment options,
