Coordinator Franchise Operations - 6 Month Fixed Term ContractRole Type:Full-timeCompensation:CAD 55,000 - CAD 62,000 annuallyLocation:25 York Street, Toronto, CanadaHybrid work arrangement:Employees work in a hybrid model balancing collaboration in our office and remote work.About the RoleWe're looking for a Franchise Coordinator for 6 months to support the effective administration of the franchise team and manage finance-related administrative tasks.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the franchise team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.Coordinate franchise onboarding, compliance tracking, and communication between franchisees and the corporate office.Coordinate all Franchise materials and organization in the Franchise Portal.Coordinate the processing of all vendor invoices and tracking payment issues/delays.Assist in managing financial administration, such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing budgets, and tracking expenses.Maintain and organize confidential financial and franchise documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Character Mascot Management (SSC & TT) Lead contact for Mascot Management Companies.Coordinate the shipping and cleaning of all Mascots around the world.Support internal audits, help prepare financial statements, and assist with regulatory compliance requirements.Respond to franchisee inquiries regarding administrative and financial matters, providing timely and professional assistance.QualificationsPost‑secondary education in business administration, accounting, or a related field.Strong organizational and communication skills.Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite,
