As an analyst in the Capital Advisory team, you will work closely with business owners, lenders and senior team members and assist with executing financing solutions that support growth, acquisitions, recapitalizations, working capital requirements and turnaround situations.MNP is proudly Canadian. Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of debt advisory and financing engagements including refinancing mandates, acquisition financing, growth capital initiatives and special situations engagementsAssist in financing processes including lender outreach, due diligence coordination and transaction executionPrepare detailed financial models, cash flow forecasts, covenant calculations and liquidity analysisDevelop lender presentations, financing memorandums, management presentations and other client deliverablesConduct financial statement analysis, working capital assessments and operational reviews to support lending and financing processesResearch industry trends, financing markets, lender appetite and comparable transactionsAssist with evaluating financing structures, capital alternatives and debt capacity analysisCoordinate with lenders,
