The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, managing a Junior Accountant, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Controller will play a key role in implementing improved systems, supporting leadership with financial insights, and helping position the company for continued growth.Financial Operations & ReportingOwn and manage the full accounting cycle, including month-end and year-end closePrepare accurate and timely financial statementsEnsure proper revenue recognition, accruals, and cost allocationMaintain general ledger integrity and oversee all reconciliationsDevelop and standardize monthly reporting packagesSupervise and mentor the Junior AccountantEstablish explicit workflows, processes,
