You know how to collaborate and work in a team.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a thorough knowledge of and status of all aspects of the projects in your portfolio and regularly meet with project teams.Manage and maintain project proformas and job cost reports, including scenario modelling and cash‑flow projections.Prepare and analyse monthly variance analysis on project budgets and cash flows.Monitor, review, and reconcile budgets, holdback accounts, construction loan draw requests and invoices.Prepare and/or review monthly loan draw packages and liaise with cost consultants and lenders.Monitor cash to ensure the project has sufficient funds to satisfy payables and debt obligations.Work closely with project teams to ensure accuracy of cost and financial reporting for projects.Responsible for maintaining all financial records for projects within your portfolio, including:Review and post monthly journal entries relating to project entities.Review monthly working paper files,
