Programmer Analyst III – .NET / ASP.NET Core MVC
Seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst / .NET Developer with strong experience in .NET and MVC, including design and development of enterprise applications.
Must have 8+ years of programming/design experience with .NET and MVC, with hands-on experience delivering and maintaining complex applications.
Strong ASP.NET Core MVC development experience, including secure, scalable, and adaptable application design.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, SQL scripts, stored procedures, triggers, database development and optimization.
Experience designing and developing secure applications, with solid understanding of data confidentiality, client privacy and secure coding practices.
Strong front-end skills with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, responsive UI design and front-end frameworks,



along with experience in User Interface/User Experience design.
Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and working across the full application technology stack.
Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and development settings, along with robust Agile/Scrum development experience.
Experience translating user stories and technical requirements into solution architecture/design, conducting code reviews, and following coding standards and best practices.
Experience with Identity Management solutions is required; exposure to multilingual software systems and Canadian Public Sector environments is highly preferred.
