What You'll Be Doing
Converting inbound leads into booked moving jobs
Calling warm leads (past clients, referral partners)
Presenting moving solutions confidently and clearly
Calculating inventories and preparing accurate estimates
Managing clients inside our CRM
Accepting payments and locking in deals
Acting as the main point of contact before moving day

This is a closing-focused role. You'll be trained on every part of it. Performance matters. Effort matters more, especially at the start.
