At Ironwood Management, we simplify real estate investing by combining expert management with value-add investment opportunities. We are seeking a summer finance intern to assist on acquisition/deal flow, portfolio tracking, and general office assistance.
Your daily responsibilities will include the following tasks:
Create proformas for all potential real estate acquisitions.
Conduct lease reviews for acquisitions.
Provide acquisition support.
Develop internal portfolio cash flow projections and project recent cash flow based on upcoming leases.
Track portfolio vacancy and gather reports from property managers and brokers regarding portfolio leasing activity.
Assist with general accounting, filing, and data entry.

Candidate Qualifications To be considered for this position, the expected qualifications are:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Actively in University or recently graduated.
Actively pursuing a CFA designation is preferred.
Must be a Canadian citizen.
