Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various commercial and industrial settings. Your expertise will ensure that electrical installations meet safety standards and operate efficiently, supporting the seamless functioning of our facilities.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide installation and repair work.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems including low voltage wiring, power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical tasks with precision.
- Conduct inspections of existing electrical infrastructure during renovation projects or routine maintenance to identify issues early.
- Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation equipment to ensure proper operation in industrial environments.




- Follow all safety protocols and electrical codes to ensure compliance during installation and repairs.
- Collaborate with construction teams, handyman staff, and other tradespeople to coordinate project timelines and deliver quality results.

Requirements

- Valid license as a certified Electrician with relevant local or national licensing authorities.
- Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or construction settings, demonstrating a solid understanding of electrical systems.
- Solid ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
- Hands-on experience with low voltage wiring, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and schematics interpretation.
- Proficiency with various hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
- Background in renovation projects or construction environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with handyman experience for versatile troubleshooting.
