Join our growing team at The Boardwalk Pharmacy! We are seeking a Licensed Pharmacy Technician (OCP Part A) who is confident, motivated, and ready to take the lead in a dynamic community pharmacy setting.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)
- Able to perform all technical duties within the OCP Scope of Practice, including dispensing, documentation, patient communication, device education, and supporting safe medication use
- Hardworking, reliable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced workflow
- Team player who collaborates well with pharmacists and staff
- Leadership skills — able to take initiative and support workflow improvements
- Compassionate and patient‑centred in every interaction
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Process, prepare, and dispense prescriptions accurately
- Maintain patient profiles and documentation according to OCP Standards of Practice
- Support pharmacists with medication management, device teaching, and patient care tasks
- Perform technical checks, inventory management, and compliance packaging
- Ensure safe, effective, and professional pharmacy operations
Position Details
- Full‑time (40 hours/week)
- Salary: $25–$28/hour
