As a Line Cook, you will be an essential part of our culinary team, bringing energy and precision to food preparation and cooking. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items to perfection, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients for various dishes
- Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively for service
- Maintain a clean workstation by sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and equipment regularly
- Support the team during busy hours by efficiently managing meal preparation and service flow
- Follow all safety protocols related to food safety, sanitation,



and kitchen operations

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail for meal presentation and quality control
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Familiarity with serving protocols and customer service expectations in a restaurant setting
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
