Hayati Lounge is looking for a reliable, motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll prepare quality food, keep your station organized, and work with our team to deliver a outstanding guest experience in a lively lounge setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and presentation standards.
- Complete food prep and keep your station organized and ready for service.
- Ensure orders are accurate, consistent, and prepared on time.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper storage procedures.
- Maintain a clean kitchen, including equipment and work surfaces.
- Communicate with kitchen and service staff during busy shifts.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling and kitchen safety.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Availability for evening, late-night, and weekend shifts.
