We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a quick-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to our standards of excellence. This position requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a thorough understanding of food safety practices.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of the kitchen station.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols.




- Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
