We’re elevating the QSR model by offering restaurant, plated-quality food to go. From braising our own beef and making our sausages in-house to blending fresh batches of hummus throughout the day, everything here starts from scratch. Starting with our pitas being baked fresh to order, this role combines fast-casual speed with genuine culinary and baking technique.

What You’ll Do

- Mix, Proof, & Bake: Handle daily dough production, operating our pita oven to deliver fresh, pillowy pitas throughout the shift.
- Scratch Cook & Prep: Braise meats, handcraft sausages, build signature sauces, prep salads and veggies daily, and whip up fresh batches of hummus throughout the day.
- Work the Line: Cook and build plated-quality pita sandwiches and bowls with speed, precision, and high attention to presentation.
- Maintain the Craft: Keep prep stations, baking areas, and line equipment spotless, safe, and well-stocked.

What We’re Looking For





- Kitchen Experience: 2+ years in a line cook, prep cook, or fast-casual kitchen setting.
- Baking & Butchery/Prep Skills: Experience working with yeast doughs, butchery/meat prep, or batch scratch cooking is a huge plus.
- Speed & Stamina: Ability to maintain fine-dining standards for food quality while moving fast during high-volume rushes.
- Pride in Quality: High standards for food safety, consistent execution, and bold flavor.

Schedule & Compensation

- Full-Time Hours: Great work-life balance for the industry—no late nights! Shifts wrap up by 9:00 PM.
