Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering excellent food service in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards

- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality

- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces

- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations

- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders





- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations

- Adhere to all food safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe working environment

Experience

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or food industry roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is valued highly

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly

- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures

- Experience with serving customers or working in a fast-paced dining setting is a plus

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration and continuous improvement

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
