The Roaring Rolls is urgently hiring for an enthusiastic person with positive attitude to join their team. We are looking for a permanent/full-time position with flexible schedule. We are currently hiring for a Line Line Cook/Kitchen Helper/tandoor chef.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Punctual, clean, organized and fast. Food safety certification an asset.
- Prepare and cook Indian breads including naan, garlic naan, butter naan, roti, and other tandoor breads.
- Prepare and cook tandoori dishes including tandoori chicken, chicken tikka, seekh kebab, malai tikka, and other grilled items.
- Prepare marinades, sauces, spice mixes, and other ingredients required for tandoor dishes.
- Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- The tandoor chef shall assist in food preparation & helping the team with cutting, peeling & plating.




- Assisting the team for faster order deliverance.
- Assemble all dishes, cutlery, and glasses.
- Load/Unload Dishwasher
- Ensure all dishes, cutlery, and glasses are properly sanitized before further use.
- Clean kitchen tools and appliances properly before use.
- Assemble food for take-outs and prepare takeout packages.
- Clean kitchen floors, storage areas, and take out the trash
- Keep cupboards and storage area clean and organized
