Seeking hard-working Line Cooks who feel at home in a busy kitchen. We pay a higher hourly wage depending on experience, a generous tip pool, and we keep reasonable hours (kitchen closes at 10pm). Reliable proven cooks can be promoted to Assistant Kitchen Managers with salary and health benefits.
Line Cooks prepare food by following recipes, ensure proper food handling, and ensure all items on an order are completed at the same time, are visually appealing, and delivered hot to servers. Line cooks also take pride in their work stations, constantly cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen surfaces and equipment.
