Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all food is handled safely, maintaining proper hygiene and sanitation practices
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas throughout your shift
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy service hours




- Follow food safety guidelines diligently to prevent contamination and ensure quality standards are met
- Support meal preparation efforts by organizing ingredients and assisting with inventory management when needed

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm is key!
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Basic familiarity with serving protocols and customer service principles is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality at all times
- Must have a valid Food Safe Certificate
- Must be eligible to work in Canada

Pay: $19.50-$26.53 per hour
