Responsibilties

* Manage loan applications from initial intake through funding

* Review applications and supporting documentation for completeness

* Communicate with clients and law firms to obtain required information and documents

* Conduct required verification and due diligence

* Prepare loan documents and coordinate execution and funding

* Set up and maintain loans within internal systems

* Manage ongoing loan servicing and account administration

* Process loan increases, amendments, refinances, and payouts

* Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up as required

* Maintain accurate loan files, records, and CRM data

* Respond to client and law firm inquiries

* Work closely with underwriting, accounting, sales, and management

## Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in loan administration, lending operations, banking, mortgage administration, specialty finance, or a similar role





* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

* Ability to manage a high volume of active files and competing deadlines

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Comfortable reviewing financial and legal documentation

* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

* Ability to work independently and take ownership of files from beginning to end

Experience in specialty finance, private lending, litigation finance, or legal services is an asset.
