Job Title: Senior Change Management Specialist

Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite/week

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: 104 weeks(2 years)

Skills and Certifications:
Minimum 10+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience, including large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting SAP implementations (SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, ECC, or equivalent SAP solutions).
Demonstrated experience leading and delivering OCM activities including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, training, organizational readiness, and business adoption planning.
Proven ability to work with executive sponsors, business leaders, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders in a complex organizational setting.




Experience developing and implementing change management strategies, communication plans, training plans, and adoption metrics.
Solid facilitation, presentation, workshop planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
Prosci Change Management Certification (preferred or required, depending on your standards).
