You will the go-to partner for managers on talent acquisition and employee issues, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace. Regular store visits will allow you to assess and support staff development while implementing training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
Lead and coordinate recruitment across all stores
Design and implement comprehensive training programs

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in HR or people management
