We are looking for a Pre Owned Sales Manager at our Busy Nissan and Infiniti store in Markham.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing solid relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive Used car business in current and existing markets
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Must have a winning attitude.
Qualifications
Valuable knowledge of Pre Owned market, reconditioning, inventory turns.
3+ years' of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
