LBC Mechanical is a growing mechanical contractor based out of Niagara Falls, Ontario, specializing in quality plumbing and mechanical installations. We are currently hiring licensed 306A Plumbers to join our team for several long-term, multi-storey construction projects in Niagara-on-the-Lake and Hamilton.
Our current projects consist of mixed-use hotel and commercial buildings, offering steady work and the prospect to be part of large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
We are looking for experienced, motivated 306A Licensed Plumbers who take pride in their work and are comfortable working in a rapid-paced construction workplace.
The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial and residential plumbing construction and be
capable of working independently while also contributing effectively to a larger construction team.
Responsibilities:
Perform plumbing installations on multi-storey commercial and mixed-use buildings
Install and connect domestic water, sanitary, storm, and vent piping
Install plumbing fixtures and equipment
Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and layouts
Perform rough-ins, above-ceiling work, and finishing
Work with various piping materials and plumbing systems
Complete work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Coordinate work with other trades and site supervisors
Maintain a clean and organized work area
