Complete daily and weekly predictive, preventive, and Maintenance tasks
Always maintain a proactive awareness to ensure the safety of your coworkers and all others.
Complete asphalt material movements (Digital Documentation)
Track incoming and outgoing loads of asphalt (Digital )
Physically operating the terminal to safely load /unload asphalt from the tank farm to railcars /Trucks and operate the remote rail buggy,
Routine plant maintenance when not busy with railcars (General maintenance)
Housekeeping duties performed by our Terminal Staff: clean all staff and operational areas, including bathrooms, to maintain a clean and organized work workplace. We respect your comfort and well-being.
Snow removal (Using Small Equipment and Manual Labor)
Perform detailed monthly Tank sampling and documentation
Confirm and promote occupational health and safety to prevent workplace injuries and occupational diseases. We are dedicated to your safety and well-being.
P.P.E Digital Reporting stock and reporting damaged or missing Safety Components
Trailer Cleaning and Disinfection (All Garbage removed by the end of week on Friday)
Understand and operate terminal equipment within the design parameters
REQUIREMENTS
Safety conscientious
Railway. Rail Car Loading, Truck Unloading, and Asphalt cement Experience is an Asset.
Versatile work schedule
Ability to work overtime if needed
Must have a Valid driver’s license in good standing
Ability to run forklift/skid steer loader is an asset
Asphalt/asphalt cement experience is an asset
Able to physically lift 50lbs
Able to climb stairs and ladders and walk on uneven ground (Physically fit)
Read and write in English
