POSITIONS Prep + Line Cooks

DESCRIPTION
Execute dishes quickly and efficiently according to house recipes and presentation specifications
Assist with daily food prep, ordering and inventory management
Ability to inspect, receive and store all kitchen related items
Comply with the airport's food safety rules, as well as high sanitary standards and hygiene measures
