Become the Benefits and Leave Specialist in Human Resources, where your expertise will enhance our benefits administration and leave management practices. This role is pivotal in ensuring data integrity and compliance.

You will take charge of administering leave requests, maintaining benefits data, and responding to employee inquiries regarding their benefit options. This role also involves close collaboration with HRIS system administrators to streamline processes and ensure timely reporting.

Support key perk initiatives while providing education and assistance to employees throughout their onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:
Process leave of absence requests for employees
Maintain benefits data in HRIS systems for accuracy




Generate reports related to advantages and compliance
Provide support for employees regarding claims
Assist with annual open enrollment activities

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
At least five years in HR/Benefits management
Familiarity with perks laws and compliance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
