Heinz Auto Body is looking for a Customer Service driven applicant to fill an Estimator position for their auto body facility. The responsibilities of the Estimator focus on 2 main areas: accurate damage analysis and customer service.

Responsibilities will include:
Accessing vehicle damage through inspection and creating an initial order estimate
Use computer to write estimates and interact with other computer software
Maintaining regular contact with appropriate insurance company to advise on vehicle repair status
parts ordering and procurement
processing and finalizing insurance invoices

Experience with Mitchell and / or Audatex estimating software is a requirement.

Vehicle knowledge and experience required.

Bookkeeping/Accounting background would be a perk.

Must be able to multitask within a busy team oriented body shop, have superior customer service and organization skills. Must be proficient with computers.
