Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling and kitchen experience standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service

Requirements




WSET Level 2 or 3 certificate
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry standards
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and solid communication abilities
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for order accuracy, billing, and cash handling
Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in serving or hospitality roles that demonstrate guest service excellence
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
