Position: Azure Cloud Platform Engineer

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - Minimum 2 days/week onsite)

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, maintain, and support enterprise-grade Azure cloud, data, and analytics platforms.
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts using Terraform.
Build and manage automated CI/CD deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
Support, administer, and optimize Power BI platform settings.
Implement and configure core Azure Data Platform services including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management.
Manage Azure networking components including VNets, Private Endpoints, NSGs, and DNS.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to establish scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures.
Perform platform operational support, logging, monitoring, cost governance,



and infrastructure troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Engineering.
Solid working knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management.
Proven hands-on experience with Terraform, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
Solid background in Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, Private Endpoints, DNS).
Power BI platform administration and deployment experience.
Solid grasp of data engineering fundamentals (data lakes, ingestion patterns, and data pipelines).
Must be local to Toronto, ON and available for hybrid work (2 days/week onsite).

Nice to Have
Azure Certifications: AZ-104, AZ-305, or DP-203.
Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and cloud cost governance.
