About Us

Splash Home is a wholesale bathroom accessories and textiles company. We're growing our e-commerce presence and looking for someone to own it from the ground up.

The Role

We're looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to grow and manage our online sales channels. You'll be responsible for building out our product listings, keeping inventory accurate across every platform, and making sure orders move smoothly from click to delivery. This is a hands-on role with real ownership — you'll help shape how we grow online, not just maintain what's already there.

What You'll Do
Grow the business — identify and pursue prospects to expand our online sales and win back lapsed customers across our e-commerce channels
Build and manage listings — create, optimize, and maintain product listings across marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Wayfair, and others
Manage inventory — keep stock levels accurate and synced across all listed platforms, avoiding overselling and stockouts
Process orders — handle order processing and fulfillment coordination across all e-commerce channels




Monitor performance — track sales, listing performance, and account health across platforms, and flag issues before they become problems

What We're Looking For
2+ years of e-commerce experience required
Experience managing product listings and orders on at least one major marketplace (Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Wayfair, or similar)
Comfortable working independently — this is a small team, and you'll need to manage your own priorities
Solid attention to detail, especially around inventory accuracy and order accuracy
Basic comfort with spreadsheets (Excel) for tracking listings, inventory, and performance
Home décor, textile, or wholesale/retail industry experience is a plus, but not required
Based in or able to commute to Montreal, QC

Compensation
Commission structure tied to e-commerce sales growth
2 weeks paid vacation
