Tractorland is seeking a motivated Equipment Sales Consultant to join our team and represent both our Kubota and Trailer division.
We are looking for someone who is self motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused. Sales experience is an asset. We are willing to train the right person preferably with an Ag Background.
Responsibilities
Sell and support Kubota equipment and trailers
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
Prospect for recent customers and grow existing accounts
Identify customer needs, prepare quotes, and close sales
Conduct equipment demonstrations and provide product education
Follow up with customers before, during, and after the sale
Work closely with Parts and Service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Represent Tractorland professionally in the community
Qualifications
Sales experience is an asset
Equipment, agricultural, construction, turf, or trailer experience is an asset
Solid communication and customer service skills
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Honest, accountable, and team-oriented
Willingness to learn and develop strong product knowledge
Robust work ethic and desire to achieve results
