Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them find products that suit their needs
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to highlight perks effectively
Assist customers with product selection, upselling complementary items to maximize sales opportunities
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction




Manage time efficiently during busy periods, balancing multiple tasks such as cashiering and stock replenishment

Qualifications
Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred, especially in technology or related fields
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for transactions
Experience with product demos and technical sales is advantageous
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
Demonstrated time management skills and professional phone etiquette
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
