About the Opportunity You will be supporting a community-based mental health and addictions organization delivering 24/7 care across residential group homes, treatment programs, and supported living environments. Clients may present with complex mental health needs, addictions, and dual diagnoses, requiring consistent, hands‑on support. Key Responsibilities Support clients with activities of daily living (hygiene, meals, routines)



Assist with medication prompting and monitoring Build therapeutic relationships and support recovery goals Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment Support crisis situations and de‑escalation when required Complete documentation and communicate with care teams Qualifications & Requirements Diploma in DSW, SSW, CYW, Addictions & Mental Health, or related field Experience in mental health, addictions, or residential care preferred Valid CPR/First Aid Vulnerable Sector Check (within 1 year) TB test (within 6 months) Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle preferred Full‑time and part‑time hours available (anticipated 4–6 weeks, potential extension) 8‑hour and 12‑hour shifts (days, evenings, nights) Compensation: $24–27/hour (depending on experience and location) Open to candidates commuting or temporarily relocating
