PositionTechnology Project Manager – Permanent Full‑TimeResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain trusted relationships with business, vendor, and technology stakeholders.Collaborate with sponsors and team members to align project objectives with business goals.Lead technology projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from initiation to close.Coordinate cross‑functional project teams and manage dependencies between workstreams.Develop, execute, and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and budgets.Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and change requests.Resolve conflicts within the project and escalate appropriately when needed.Communicate project status, risks, and impacts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.Monitor project performance to ensure delivery against scope, budget, quality, and timelines.Ensure compliance with corporate risk, governance, and project management standards.Track and report on project metrics, milestones, and outcomes.Support continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and promoting best practices.Ensure adherence to the organization’s project delivery methodology.QualificationsPMP or equivalent project management certification (or working toward).5 years’ experience managing technology projects in waterfall, agile or hybrid environments.Demonstrated success delivering small/medium‑complexity projects with multiple stakeholders.Experience managing project budgets, timelines, scope, and dependencies.Strong communication, facilitation,
