Job InformationLocation: Toronto, Ontario, CanadaHours: 37.5Line of Business: Financial Crime Risk ManagementPay Range: $59,500 - $84,000 CADResponsibilitiesDeliver analytical support in oversight, advisory services and control function to Manager or Senior Manager.Provide FCRM research, evaluation, operational, reporting and/or analytical support to business partners in a timely manner.Coordinate requests to and from business partners.Assist in the preparation of summaries, communications, reports and presentations for management, regulators and stakeholders.Analyze data as required.Coordinate tracking and reporting of FCRM function initiatives and programs.Prioritize and manage workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity.Exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and confidentiality; escalating issueswhereappropriate.Protect the interests of the organization by identifying and managing risks and escalating non‑standard, high‑risk transactions or activities as necessary.Conduct reporting and meaningful analysis to draw conclusions; recommend improvements to the effectiveness of FCRM programs and policies.Acquire and apply general knowledge in the FCRM discipline and provide assistance to other FCRM partners.Identify, recommend and effectively execute standard practices applicable to the FCRM discipline.Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes aligned with risk appetite.Contribute to various FCRM advisory activities (e.G., report production, process mapping, tracking, research,



analysis and procedural support).Be knowledgeable of practices and procedures within own area of responsibility; keep abreast of emerging issues, trends and regulatory requirements.Adhere to internal policies, procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines.Participate fully as a member of the team; support a positive workenvironment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork; ensure timely communication of issues.Continuously enhance knowledge and expertise in own area; participate in knowledge transfer within team and business unit.Keep current on emerging trends and develop knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques.Contribute to the success of the team by assisting others in completion of work activities; provide training,coaching and guidance where appropriate.Contribute to a fair, positive and equitable setting that supports a diverse workforce.Act as a brand champion for the function and the bank, internally and externally.Provide specialized analysis, non‑standard reporting and operational support to FCRM requiring comprehensive understanding of products, services, processes, systems and concepts.Recommend problem resolution for escalated issues and/or coordinate escalation to the appropriate level.Complete work within defined parameters with guidance from management.Require solid knowledge of the FCRM function, interaction points with related areas and regulatory issues/requirements for supported jurisdictions.QualificationsUndergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.2+ years of experience in FCRM or a related area.#J-18808-Ljbffr
